How complicated can be a case with immune thrombocytopenic purpura?: postsplenectomy arterial thrombosis

Abstract: Arterial thrombus associated with the surgery can be seen in postsplenectomy cases, but there is no clear data in patients diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). A 52-year-old female patient was admitted to the emergency department due to ecchymotic skin changes.
