Household Processing Practices of Milk and Cottage Cheese: Implications for Vitamin A Retention

Abstract: <p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Milk and milk products are excellent sources of several important nutrients including retinol in the diets of young children.
