Objective: This descriptive cross-sectional study aims to determine the perception of individualized care and satisfaction with the nursing of women who underwent cesarean section. Methods: The population of this study consists of women undergoing cesarean section in a university hospital between 15 August and 15 December 2018 (N=260). The sample consists of 156 women giving birth by cesarean section who have agreed to participate in this study. The data have been collected by using the Personal Information Form and the Individualized Care Scale (ICS) and the Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale (NSNS). Results: It has been found that the women who gave birth by cesarean section have good ICSA (3.50±0.99), ICSB (3.82±1.18), and NSNS (70.53±16.27) mean scores. There is a significant, positive, and moderate relationship between the ICS and NSNS scores. It has been found that there is a statistically significant difference between the place of residence and the level of satisfaction with nursing. It has been determined that the women whose income is higher than their expenses are more satisfied with nursing care, and their individualized care perception is higher. Conclusion: It has been determined that women who gave birth by cesarean section have a good level of individualized care perception and nursing satisfaction. It has been found that women's satisfaction with nursing increases.

Giriş: Beklenilen ve alınan bakım kalitesi arasındaki ilişkiyi ifade eden hasta memnuniyeti hem sağlık hizmetinin kalitesinin hem de bakım kalitesinin değerlendirilmesinde önemli bir ölçüt olarak kabul edilmektedir. Amaç: Bu çalışma, dahili kliniklerde yatan hastaların hemşirelik bakımına yönelik memnuniyet düzeylerini değerlendirmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yöntem: Bu çalışma, Şubat-Mayıs 2020 tarihleri arasında tanımlayıcı tasarımda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Örneklem, bir tıp fakültesi hastanesinin dahili kliniklerinde yatan 130 hastadan oluşmuştur. Veriler Newcastle Hemşirelik Bakımından Memnuniyet Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler, Kruskal Wallis ve Mann-Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Hastaların Hemşirelik Bakımından Memnuniyet Ölçeği’nin toplam puan ortalaması 71.12±20.84 olarak belirlenmiştir. Hastaların %29’u hemşirelik bakımından “tamamen memnun”, %9’u ise “hiç memnun değil” olarak saptanmıştır. Amaç: Hemşirenin varlığı, hemşirenin hastayla olan ilişkisinde deneyimlenen ve hasta sonuçlarına olumlu katkı sağlayan hemşire yeterliliğidir. Bu çalışma kanserli hastaların hemşirenin varlığını değerlendirmesi ve etkileyen etmenlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla planlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini Aralık 2019-Şubat 2020 tarihleri arasında bir üniversite hastanesinin medikal onkoloji kliniğinde tedavi gören 219 hasta oluşturmuştur. Veriler, sosyodemografik bilgileri içeren anket formu ve Hemşirenin Varlığı Ölçeği (HVÖ) kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde yüzdelik, ortalama, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis varyans analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Hastaların HVÖ toplam puan ortalaması 100,39±16,70 olarak bulundu.
