Abstract: Cytopathogenic Agents from Leukaemic Patients SIR,-In 1964 Dr. G. Negroni' reported isolating serologically related cytopathogenic agents in human' embryo tissue-cultures inoculated with passage fluids from human leukaemic bone marrows. The agents were described as being weakly neutralized by sera from seven! bf eight leukaemia patients but not by sera 'from seven controls ; no such agents were isolated from cultures inoculated with non-leukaemic marrows.'
