Hospital Climate and Peer Report Intention on Adverse Medical Events: Role of Attribution and Rewards

Abstract: Adverse medical events (AMEs) often occur in the healthcare workplace, and studies have shown that a positive atmosphere can reduce their incidence by increasing peer report intention.
