Homogeneous Immobilization of Probe DNAs on DNA Chip Using Polyurea Thin Film

Abstract: We propose a method to attach probe DNAs with a homogeneous population for quantitative measurement of a minimum number of target DNA/RNA for the next generation of DNA chip.
