Hollow Fiber Liquid Phase Microextraction

Abstract: Matriks örneklerdeki (biyolojik, çevresel, gıda vb.) madde veya maddelerin kalitatif veya kantitatif tayinlerinde yüksek hassasiyetli analitik cihazlar geliştirilmesine rağmen, analitik cihaz çoğunlukla matriks ortamında tayinde başarısız olmaktadır. Bundan dolayı matriks ortamdan maddenin alınması (saflaştırma) ve deriştirilmesi (zenginleştirme) için genellikle ön işlem uygulanması gerekmektedir.
