Abstract: Heutzutage sind Dünnschicht‐Dehnungsmessstreifen z. B. für den Einsatz in hoch präzisen Drucksensoren weit verbreitet. Spezielle hochempfindliche piezoresistive Nanokomposit‐Schichten, die aus metallischen Nanopartikeln, eingebettet in eine isolierende Matrix aus diamantähnlichem Kohlenstoff (DLC), bestehen, können die Messgenauigkeit deutlich erhöhen.
