Historic evidence to support a causal relationship between spirochetal infections and Alzheimer’s disease

Abstract: Following previous observations a statistically significant association between various types of spirochetes and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) fulfilled Hill’s criteria in favor of a causal relationship.
