Abstract:Objetivos: relatar caso de histoplasmose disseminada em paciente com Aids com manifestações atípicas. Metodologia: Relato de caso atendido no Hospital Universitário Walter Cantídio (HUWC) e revisão de literatura. Resultados: Paciente de 52 anos, HIV positivo detectado durante investigação de diarreia crônica, evoluiu com histoplasmose disseminada diagnosticada por biópsia de lesão de pele.
