Abstract:Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a life-threatening condition due to acute lung injury (ALI), characterized by rapid-onset respiratory failure, leading to the clinical manifestations of poor lung compliance, severe hypoxemia, and dyspnea.
