Abstract: High-quality single-cell RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) with spatial resolution remains challenging. Laser capture microdissection (LCM) is a widely used, potent approach to isolate arbitrarily targeted cells from tissue sections for comprehensive transcriptomics.
