Histochemical Studies on the Gland Cells

Abstract: Previously, FUJIE employed the chemical colour reactions for protein and amino acids on the sections of dogs' gastric mucosa using the histochemical methods. He found that the reactions for the imidazol group were always positive in the subnuclear portion of the gastric surface epithelial cells, where productin vacuoles (FU-JIE) were seen. The findings will throw light on the research on the true nature of FUJIE's gastric hormone productin.
