Ziel set zung: Ziel der vor lie gen den Stu die war es he raus zu fin den, ob die DAOAktivität im Se rum bei Pa tien ten, de ren Vorge schich te eine HIT ver mu ten lässt, im Vergleich zu Pa tien ten ohne eine Vor ge schich te mit HIT sig ni fi kant ver rin gert ist. Me tho den: Un ter sucht wur den 61 Pa tien ten und 20 Kontrol len. Bei 26 Pa tien ten (schwere HIT) lag eine Vor ge schich te mit min de stens zwei ty pischen HIT-Symp to men in Zu sam men hang mit der Auf nah me von min de stens zwei his tamin rei chen Nah rungs mit teln vor. Bei 35 Patien ten (mä ßi ge HIT) war nach der Auf nah me von min de stens ei nem his ta min rei chen Nahrungs mit tel min de stens ein HIT-Symp tom auf ge tre ten. Die 20 ge sun den Kon trol len zeig ten kei ner lei HIT-Symp to me. Ob jec tive: The aim of the study was to in ves ti gate if pa tients his to ries, that are sug ges tive to HIT have a sig nif i cant re duced se rum DAO ac tiv ity com pared to patients with out his tory of HIT. Meth ods: 61 patients and 20 con trols were stud ied. 26 patients (strong HIT) had a his tory of at least two typ i cal symp toms of HIT with re la tion to the in take of at least two his ta mine rich foods. 35 pa tients (mod er ate HIT) had a his tory of at least one symp tom af ter the in take of at least one his ta mine rich food (but not both). 20 healthy vol un teers (con trol) did not have any symp toms of HIT.
