Hippocampal and Thalamic Diffusion Abnormalities in Children with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy

Abstract: Summary:Purpose: Previous studies using diffusion MRI in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy have shown abnormal water diffusion in the hippocampus.
