Abstract:This dissertation aims to discuss labor hypersufficiency, a new category of employees that emerged with the 2017 Labor Reform in Brazil, based on the Marxist method and the critique of the legal form. According to this theoretical matrix, in capitalism the work force is converted into the main commodity that is bought and sold in the market, and when it is bought in circulation for its equivalent, its surplus value is extracted in production, allowing the appreciation of the capital.
