The Word Sense Disambiguation system (WSD) is widely used in many fields, including business, research, education, and government organizations. The availability of natural language data on the internet has grown in tandem with the rapid advancement of technology and the widespread use of the internet. Disambiguation is best tool for avoiding the problem of misperception. The most important feature of this approach is that words with multiple meanings of nouns can be easily disambiguated according to the sense of the sentences. As a result of incorporating all of these factors, This work will concentrate on the accuracy of adjectives and verbs. Many natural languages, including English, German, Arabic, Assamese, and others, have different methodologies proposed, however, work on Word Sense Disambiguation in Hindi is limited. For Hindi Word Sense Disambiguation, the proposed algorithm employs a genetic algorithm. The dynamic configuration window function, including the ambiguous terms left and right, is used. The central tenet of this method is that the target term and its surroundings share a common topic. With approximately 65.17%, 72%, and 74.1 %, respectively, the proposed work has compared to existing approaches such as graph-based approaches, association rules approaches, and probabilistic latent semantic analysis approaches. The proposed method has an accuracy of 80%, which indicating that it improves the existing Work by 8% in terms of accuracy and other parameters. Results show that the proposed work generates more accurate results for Hindi word sense disambiguation.

The meaning of the Hindi language is the second most passed on in language on earth, later Mandarin Chinese. It is evaluated that a massive piece of a billion gathering is generally conveyed in this unique vernacular. Importance of Hindi is one of the various tongues in India that is seen as people in general and the official language of India. Indian tunes and modified versions of them have been widely used by various standard rap and famous music-skilled workers across the globe. In India, music gets excellent with jams in the United States, just as with the rest of the world. Modern Hindi is this type of language that has advanced into an utterly OK structure in India later her autonomy and is being used in various areas. Three specific types of Hindi have advanced and performed three various capacities. Today, Hindi is one of India's most critical official languages, with over 1025 million people speaking it worldwide. "In the Indian provinces of Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi, Hindi is the Official Language. It is also widely spoken and perceived in several other Indian states, including Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, and Maharashtra". Individuals that relocate to North India from other states are studying Hindi. Sample of 119 respondents was collected from respondents through a "standard questionnaire," which was created on the five-point interval scale.

AI combined with NLP techniques has promoted the use of Virtual Assistants and have made people rely on them for many diverse uses. Conversational Agents are the most promising technique that assists computer users through their operation. An important challenge in developing Conversational Agents globally is transferring the groundbreaking expertise obtained in English to other languages. AI is making it possible to transfer this learning. There is a dire need to develop systems that understand secular languages. One such difficult language is Hindi, which is the fourth most spoken language in the world. Semantic similarity is an important part of Natural Language Processing, which involves applications such as ontology learning and information extraction, for developing conversational agents. Most of the research is concentrated on English and other European languages. This paper presents a Corpus-based word semantic similarity measure for Hindi. An experiment involving the translation of the English benchmark dataset to Hindi is performed, investigating the incorporation of the corpus, with human and machine similarity ratings. A significant correlation to the human intuition and the algorithm ratings has been calculated for analyzing the accuracy of the proposed similarity measures. The method can be adapted in various applications of word semantic similarity or module for any other language.
