Abstract: The BAF (Brg/Brahma-associated factors) complex, also referred to as the mammalian Switch/Sucrose-Nonfermentable (mSWI/SNF) chromatin remodeling complex, plays a pivotal role in epigenetically regulating diverse transcriptional programs.
