Abstract:Sulfadiazine (SFZ) is an inexpensive large‐consumption antibiotic used for treat bacterial infections but an excess of residues in food can be harmful. Fast and specific luminescence detection of SFZ is highly challenging because of the interference of structurally similar antibiotics.
