Highly Sensitive Multi-Channel IDC Sensor Array for Low Concentration Taste Detection

Abstract: In this study, we designed and developed an interdigitated capacitor (IDC)-based taste sensor array to detect different taste substances. The designed taste sensing array has four IDC sensing elements.
