Highly sensitive capacitance-based nitrite sensing using polydopamine/AuNPs-modified screen-printed carbon electrode

Abstract: Polydopamine/AuNPs/SPCE electrodes are useful for the detection of nitrite ions in processed meat samples using redox capacitance spectroscopy.
