Highly-selective optical filter for NADH fluorescence detection in multiphoton microscopy

Abstract: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a pressing global health concern, emphasizing the need for early detection tools. In this study an optical filter for precise detection of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) fluorescence via two-photon excitation fluorescence (TPEF) was developed.
