In this paper, we investigate the implications of the General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) on the design of an IoT healthcare system. On 25th May 2018, the GDPR has become mandatory within the European Union and hence also for all suppliers of IT products. Infringements on the regulation are now fined with penalties of up 20 Million EUR or 4% of the annual turnover of a company whichever is higher. This is a clear motivation for system designers to guarantee compliance to the GDPR. We propose a data labeling model to support access control for privacy-critical patient data together with the Fusion/UML process to design GDPR compliant system. We illustrate this design process on the case study of IoT based monitoring of Alzheimer's patients that we work on in the CHIST-ERA project SUCCESS.

IoT-based healthcare solutions have transformed patient care and improved results. These technologies capture and store sensitive patient data, raising security and privacy concerns. The paper first discusses IoT-based healthcare system security issues. It evaluates cyber threats, system unavailability, and vulnerabilities attackers can use to get patient data. The report also tackles IoT-based healthcare system privacy issues such illegal data access and sharing and patient data breach concerns. The study proposes numerous frameworks and solutions to protect patient data in IoT-based healthcare systems. Blockchain technology can increase data security and privacy by offering a transparent, decentralized, tamperresistant database. The report also discusses differential privacy, a statistical method that adds noise to sensitive patient data to protect privacy. The study also examines how AI and ML can detect and mitigate security vulnerabilities in IoT-based healthcare systems. The study also emphasizes the need for uniform security and privacy standards to protect patient data across healthcare companies. The report stresses the importance of integrating security and privacy into IoT-based healthcare systems from the start. In conclusion, the study emphasizes security and privacy in IoT-based healthcare systems and the problems of protecting patient data. It explores standardized security and privacy protocols and many frameworks and solutions to address these issues.

As we know in this pandemic situation social distancing is key to be safe. So, we have to keep safe distance in every situation whether it's working site or in providing service to people. For this situation most important service required by the people is medical. So, we have to style a module which help hospitals to provide implementation to this problem. By keeping this situation in mind project for hospital is going to design.Basically, in this project we are going to measure and monitor the heath parameter of patient like temperature, heartbeat, blood pressure, blood sugar level etc. Those sensed value will be either send directly to controller (Arduino) or will be added to GUI and then send to controller. Then this value will be sent over WIFI network and store in database so that those value can be access whenever patient has appointment by doctor's side system. By implementing this project no Doctor or patient will have direct interaction, to avoid spreading of dangerous virus. Advantage of this system is that Dr. can access patient health parameter at any time and can medicate his patient.
