Abstract:Ising Machines (IMs) have the potential to outperform conventional Von-Neuman architectures in notoriously difficult optimization problems. Various IM implementations have been proposed based on quantum, optical, digital and analog CMOS, as well as emerging technologies. Networks of coupled electronic oscillators have recently been shown to exhibit characteristics required for implementing IMs. However, for this approach to successfully solve complex optimization problems, a highly reconfigurable implementatio… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
