Highly Efficient Degradation of Organic Compounds via β-Bi2O3Semiconductor Under Visible Illumination

Abstract: β-Bi2O3semiconductor nanoparticles synthesized by solution combustion method. The as-synthesized sample was systematically characterized by several techniques, including PXRD, DLS, Raman spectrometry, SEM, and DRS-UV-vis spectroscopy. PXRD and Raman analyses confirmed high crystallinity and phase purity of the prepared β-Bi2O3.
