Highly Conductive Optical Quality Solution‐Processed Films of 2D Titanium Carbide

Abstract: wileyonlinelibrary.comlayers-is selectively etched, leaving behind oxygen, hydroxyl, and fl uoride surfaceterminating groups (T).
