Higher Respiratory Infection Rates on an Alzheimer's Special Care Unit and Successful Intervention

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To determine the rates of various types of infections on an Alzheimer's special care unit (ASCU) compared with the rates found on traditional nursing home units.
