Higher or Lower Hemoglobin Transfusion Thresholds for Preterm Infants

Abstract: BACKGROUND-Limited data suggest that higher hemoglobin thresholds for red-cell transfusions may reduce the risk of cognitive delay among extremely-low-birth-weight infants with anemia.
