Higher OPEX enables CAPEX savings – an analysis of the cost effectiveness of the Maynilad NRW management project

Abstract: This paper analyses the NRW reduction efficiency gains made by Maynilad based on NRW strategy design and constant improvement using Miya's know how and experience.
