“…USAID educational assistance programs aims to provide education to children affected by military conflicts through increasing enrolment rates in primary schools and initiating non-formal education system in marginalized areas (Alderman and Chishti, 2004). Pakistan received a total of 75.6 million dollars from USAID in 2016 for basic primary education and post-secondary education in the form of foreign assistance (Burian et al, 2017).
