Abstract: Superlattices with suppressed thermal conductivity are of great significance in the field of thermoelectricity and can improve the thermoelectric conversion efficiency of materials. Due to Anderson localization of coherent phonons, aperiodic superlattices have lower thermal conductivity than their periodic counterparts.
