Abstract: Cushing’s disease is a life-threatening disorder caused by autonomous secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) from pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs). Few drugs are indicated for inoperative Cushing’s disease, in particular that due to aggressive PitNETs.
