High-temperature phonon-assisted upconversion photoluminescence of monolayer WSe2

Abstract: Phonon-assisted upconversion photoluminescence (UPL) is an anti-Stokes process emitting photons of energy higher than the excitation photons, with upconversion energy gain provided by optical phonons.
