Abstract:As a two-dimensional (2D) material, palladium diselenide (PdSe 2 ) has attracted extensive research attention due to its unique asymmetric crystal structure and extraordinary optoelectronic properties, showing great potential in electronic, optoelectronic, and other application fields.
