High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein in Acute Ischaemic Stroke

Abstract: BACKGROUNDElevated levels of hs-CRP are found to be related with higher risk of first ever cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and peripheral vascular diseases and also initial CRP levels carry prognostic value in acute ischaemic stroke & acute coronary syndrome. This study aims to describe such relation.
