High-resolution visualization of mouse cardiac microvasculature using optical histology

Abstract: Cardiovascular disease typically is associated with dysfunction of the coronary vasculature and microvasculature. The study of cardiovascular disease typically involves imaging of the large coronary vessels and quantification of cardiac blood perfusion.
