High-resolution Microbiome Analysis Reveals Exclusionary Klebsiella Species Competition in Preterm Infants at Risk for Necrotizing Enterocolitis

Abstract: Intestinal colonization with Klebsiella has been linked to necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), but methods of analysis usually failed to discriminate Klebsiella species or strains.
