High-Resolution, Large Imaging Volume, and Multi-View Single Objective Light-Sheet Microscopy

Abstract: Light-sheet microscopy has become the preferred method for long-term imaging of large living samples because of its low photo-invasiveness and good optical sectioning capabilities.
