Abstract:Functional oxides are important materials for multiple applications in flexible and transparent electronics. Electrically contacting these oxides to form active channels is often challenging as they suffer significant alteration or instabilities when interfaced with metal electrodes. Here, we demonstrate a new scheme to electrically contact thin films of semiconducting zinc tin oxide (ZnSnO) that employs pre-patterned copper electrodes encapsulated by chemical-vapour-deposited graphene. Measurement of over mor… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
