Abstract: Global Navigation Satellite System Reflectometry (GNSS-R) has emerged as a promising remote sensing technique for coastal sea level monitoring. The GNSS-R based on signal-tonoise ratio (SNR) observations employs a single antenna and a conventional receiver.
