Abstract:Vitamin D deficiency is common in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). In this study, we aimed to evaluate the prevalence and risk factors of vitamin D deficiency in a Taiwanese IBD cohort. Vitamin D levels were checked in adult patients with IBD who were treated at Changhua Christian Hospital, a medical center in central Taiwan, from January 2017 to December 2023.
