High Prevalence of Severe Circulatory Complications with Diazoxide in Premature Infants

Abstract: Background: Since diazoxide was approved for clinical use in Japan in 2008, its prescription for the treatment of infants with hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia (HIH) has rapidly expanded.
