“…A comparison of the impact of high-pressure correction methods on fugacity ratio calculations was done using 43 multicomponent CO 2 + n-alkanes (dodecane, docosane, tricosane, and tetracosane) solid−fluid equilibrium data reported by da Silva et al 6 The published results included both regions of SLVE and SLE. For the purpose of the highpressure correction investigation, only the liquid to solid phase equilibrium (SLE) data were used.…”

“…A total of 122 data for both SLE and SLVE (solid−liquid−vapor equilibria) were gathered from the literature: 79 of those were measurements made on binary mixtures of CO 2 and n-alkanes including hexadecane, eicosane, docosane, and triacontane 13,14,40 distributions as shown in Table 3. These data gathered from the literature were mostly by visual observation of the solid appearance at a given pressure and the corresponding temperature taken as the WAT, 6,13,14 except for data from Reverchon et al, 40 who used a flow-type apparatus. The gathered experimental data were used to check the predictive capabilities of the PR EoS and the activity coefficient models listed earlier.…”

“…Davis et al 9 obtained CO 2 solubility data in liquid CH 4 at cryogenic temperatures between −143.5 and −72 °C utilizing the static analytic experimental method. da Silva et al 10 performed experiments and measured the phase equilibrium data for systems containing a mixture of heavy n-alkanes (C 22 H 46 , C 23 H 48 , and C 24 H 50 ) and a light n-alkane (C 12 H 26 ) in the presence of 20, 40, 60, and 80% mole fractions of CO 2 in the temperature range of 17−80 °C and pressures up to 70 MPa. Fandinõ et al 11 reported vapor−liquid equilibrium data for CO 2 /H 2 and CO 2 /N 2 binary systems at temperatures between −55 and 30 °C at pressures ranging from the vapor pressure of CO 2 to approximately 15 MPa.…”
