High Precision Tracking Control based on Pseudo-Inverse Feedforward Control System for Next-Generation Optical Disks

Abstract: The crossover function for the specific heat of a disordered material is constructed to order E by solving the renormalisation group equations for the m n model (m + 0, n > 1).From this an effective exponent is obtained which provides a local measure of the degree of singularity of the specific heat in the critical region. It is seen that as the critical region is approached from above the critical temperature the effective exponent behaves initially as if no disorder were present. But as the critical temperat… Show more

“…In order to confirm the validity of the ECDOB and CDOB, this paper performs the numerical simulation. In the numerical simulation results, the trajectory command y re f (k) of tracking actuator is created by experimental results (8) . In the ECDOB performs its functions regardless of the feedback controller.…”

“…We have already proposed an error prediction tracking control system with an equivalentperfect tracking control (E-PTC) system. [9][10][11] The experimental results of the E-PTC system indicated adequate suppression of the tracking error. However, it is difficult to design the control parameter for actual multi-harmonic disturbances.…”

“…The conventional PTC system realizes a high-precision system; however, the whole system is complicated, and the processing time is long. This problem is solved by using an equivalent-perfect tracking control (E-PTC) as the de-sign method for the feedforward control system, and the good performance of this approach was confirmed experimentally (12) (13) .…”
