Abstract:We propose and experimentally demonstrate a high-power eight-wavelength distributed feedback (DFB) laser array with 100 GHz spacing using the grating reflector (GR). The GR, which is a uniform sampled grating, can provide light reflection instead of high reflection (HR) facet coating.
