“…Linking our study findings to the generic organizational health framework introduced by Bauer and Jenny [53,54], our results substantiate previous claims that organizations must take a holistic approach towards health, offering initiatives that involve employees, managers, and processes (work and social), as well as the organizational environment altogether.
