“…Perovskite, especially polycrystalline film‐based photodetectors, generally suffer from large electrical hysteresis and the most significant figures of merit for devices still need further improvement. Apart from the above mentioned approaches such as creating single crystal and low‐dimensional nanostructures, perovskite heterostructures taking advantage of the superior properties of heterojunctions are one of the most promising research directions because the optoelectronic characteristics of heterostructures are not only the combination of the individual contributions of both the components but also largely rely on the interfaces between the components . It has been demonstrated that the suppressed recombination rate of photogenerated carriers benefitted from the heterojunction at the interface will prolong the lifetime of carriers, which will contribute to higher responsivity and EQE.…”

“…In addition, one‐dimensional (1D) materials with unique nanostructure (nanofiber, nanobelt, and nanotube) are suitable for low‐concentration detection, which offer high sensitivity and fast response time for chemical sensors because of the large surface‐to‐volume ratios in 1D materials. Numerous synthetic methods have been developed to prepare 1D structured nanofibers of which electrospinning is a simple, fast, and cost‐effective approach to fabricate nanowire materials by electrostatic stretching …”

“…The light absorption properties of ZnO NAs with no pattern, line pattern, and square pattern have been investigated [68,88]. Owing to the light scattering effect, the patterned ZnO NAs show wide absorbance bands com- device from the substrate side [89].…”
