Abstract: High performance Si and InP/EO polymer hybrid optical modulators (HMOD) are studied. We demonstrated 112Gbps-PAM4 high-speed modulation and high-efficiency. We also propose efficient optical neural network with slow light effect by InP/EO polymer HMOD.
