Abstract:Sulfonated polystyrene-b-polyisobutylene-b-polystyrene copolymers (SSIBS) with various average molar percentages of sulfonic acid side groups based on all the structural units along SSIBS polymer chains (SP) were synthesized via sulfonation of SIBS with acetyl sulfate.
