Detection limits (s/n = 3) for 6-thioguanine and methotrexate were approxTmately 1.60 mg L 1 in dTluted human urTne; that for fluorouracil was 2.60 mg L 1. A 2 m/volume of human urine was diluted wth 2 mL of water and introduced directly Tnto the electrophoresTs system. CZE was shown to be a good method with regard to simplTcty, satTsfactory predsion, and sensitivity This method resulted in especially excellent recoveries for determination of methotrexate in all the different urine sam pies analysed (n -10).
